Product Description
1.Description and Features
1)The core material of the transformer is made of silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity cold rolling grain orientation, 45 ° full oblique joint, 7-step stacking, and the surface is smooth without burr after stacking.
The winding is made of high quality material. The product has good flame retardancy, can't burn itself, and can't produce harmful gas when there is external fire source.
2)The winding can withstand short circuit, overload and overvoltage without local overheating, and can eliminate the electric field concentration in the winding, with the partial discharge level ≤ 5pc.
3)The iron core and metal parts of the transformer are provided with anti-corrosion protection layer.
4)The transformer is equipped with digital temperature indicator and temperature control device.
5)PT100 type thermistor is embedded in the low voltage coil of transformer.
6)During the operation life of the transformer (operation life ≥ 30 years), the product will not crack the coil surface due to temperature change under normal service conditions.
7)The temperature sensor detects the temperature of three-phase winding in real time,has the functions of winding overtemperature alarm, winding overtemperature trip, etc, RS485 or RS232 microcomputer interface can be provided.
8)The transformer is of low loss type, whose structure can meet the requirements of safe transportation, and can be put into operation at any time after reaching the destination. When it stops running for a period of time, it can be directly put into safe operation without drying.
9)The transformer has a lifting device to bear the overall weight.
10)Good flame retardancy, insulation material with the characteristics of automatic flameout, will not produce harmful gases when encountering fire source.
11)The connection terminals of the primary and secondary leads of the transformer are made of copper.
12)Each winding of the transformer has corresponding terminal marks, which are firm and corrosion-resistant.
13)At least one obvious national standard warning sign power symbol shall be set at the position easy to see on the surface of high voltage winding.
